First scrimmage, success?
As part of our season, attending every scrimmage is essential for bettering our robot, and to further our knowledge of the game. We attended our first scrimmage in Cape Town, at The Cape Academy of Maths, Science & Technology. We took this opportunity to assess the flaws of our robot and to show the newer members of our team how the matches play out, and what is expected of them. This event gave us a slight confidence boost and motivated us to perform even better in the future. So, to answer the question, Did our efforts pay off? YES, yes it did. We were the highest scoring team and ended up on top. We are surely going to work harder to upkeep the progress and improve our robot to contend with the other prestigious teams.
